Video or payment support
Include the job ID or order ID and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, full payment card details, API keys or private sign-in links.
If a generation status is uncertain, check My Videos before starting another request. We review the existing job and its credit reservation.
Privacy, rights or safety concerns
Use your account email for deletion requests and reports about unauthorized likeness use or prohibited content. Include the relevant job ID when possible.
For a copyright report, identify the protected work or likeness, the material at issue, and how you are authorized to make the report.
