Permission comes first
Get the permission needed to use the photo and feature its subject. If the photo shows another person, obtain permission to create an AI depiction of their likeness; for a minor, get appropriate parent or guardian permission. We do not impose an adult-only upload rule.
Use one clear subject photo for the scene. Do not upload a group image or someone else’s photo to misrepresent who approved the result.
Prohibited uses
Do not create illegal content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, targeted harassment or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use AI output to falsely claim that someone did something in real life.
Responsible sharing
Review the finished video for unwanted or misleading details. Make clear that the scene is AI-generated and use the platform’s disclosure tools where required.
