Photo permission and acceptable use
Upload only a photo you are authorized to use and create a depiction you have permission to make. Follow the rules of any platform where you share the result.
Do not use the service for illegal content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, targeted harassment or infringement. Obtain appropriate permission for the likeness of a person or the rights holder of a photo.
AI results and availability
The first release creates one 15-second vertical video from one photo. Likeness, movement, scene details, timing and anatomy can vary. Concept artwork is illustrative and does not promise a specific result.
Do not present an AI-generated video as evidence that a real event occurred. Authentication, generation and checkout depend on third-party services and may be unavailable at times.
Credits and delivery
Credits are sold in one-time packs without subscriptions or automatic renewal. The selected quality determines the credit cost shown before generation. Purchased credits do not expire.
Credits are reserved when a job starts and settle only after the video is stored. Confirmed failures release reserved credits. Uncertain submissions are reconciled; they are not automatically resubmitted or refunded.
Retention and accounts
Download completed videos within seven days. Source photos are temporary and scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Local drafts remain in the browser until cleared.
Keep sign-in methods secure. Contact support for account, payment, privacy or rights concerns. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
