This policy describes how Window Peeper AI handles the information needed to create and deliver your video. Contact support@windowpeeperai.online with privacy questions.
Information used to run the service
We process account information, the photo you upload, generated video, generation status, credit ledger entries and payment references. PayPal handles payment authorization; the app does not ask you to enter card details directly.
Your photo is sent to the selected video generation provider to make the requested result. Files are kept in private object storage and delivered through authenticated routes.
Retention and deletion
Source photos are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours, including files from failed or partially uploaded jobs. Completed videos are retained for seven days. Download your video before it expires.
Account, payment, credit and operational records may be retained where needed for service integrity, accounting, dispute handling and applicable obligations. Video and payment providers process information under their own terms.
Browser storage and analytics
The generator may save a selected photo and options as a local browser draft so they survive sign-in or navigation. Removing the photo clears the current draft. A new Window Peeper browser draft does not import old project drafts.
Authentication uses necessary session cookies. Optional browser analytics and campaign attribution run only under the analytics consent setting. The service also records the upload, generation and payment events needed to operate and report on this product; these records are private and are not shown to other users.
Your choices
Delete videos in My Videos, clear the browser draft, or email us to request access to or deletion of account information. We may need to verify account ownership.
Do not upload a photo without permission. Review generated results before sharing; the service does not post them for you.
